Tracing Underground Utilities

Using the latest electromagnetic (EM) locating equipment, the target utility line is energized with a precise signal, allowing our technicians to trace its path beneath the surface. This process identifies the exact location and depth of underground utilities in real time, ensuring accuracy before any excavation or construction begins.

Surface Identification

Once utilities are located, they are clearly marked above ground using industry-standard color-coded paint and durable utility flags. In high-traffic areas, we utilize whiskers or other long-lasting markers to ensure visibility and safety throughout the project’s duration.

Data & Documentation

After utilities are marked, we capture comprehensive visual and spatial data through rough drawn field sketches and high-resolution DRONE aerial imagery. This provides clients with a precise, real-time overview of all marked utilities, combining ground-level accuracy with aerial documentation for complete project transparency. AT NO EXTRA COST!!
